Terms & Conditions
Tickets are redeemable for certain goods, services or experiences offered by, or facilitated through, the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for redeeming the Ticket. Furthermore, the Merchant is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods and services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs (“Liabilities”) it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a Ticket or not. You waive and release Bandwango, Visit Stockton and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents from any Liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission of a Merchant in connection with your use of a Ticket or the goods, services or experiences a Merchant provides in connection with the Ticket.
By purchasing, viewing a mobile version, printing, accepting, using or attempting to use any Ticket, you agree specifically to the terms on the Ticket and any additional deal-specific terms advertised in connection with and on the Ticket at the time of purchase. These rules apply to all Tickets that we make available unless a particular Ticket’s fine print states otherwise, and except as otherwise required by law. In the event of a conflict between these rules and a Ticket’s fine print, the Ticket’s fine print will control. Any attempt to redeem a Ticket in violation of these Terms & Conditions will render the Ticket void.
The Merchant is the sole issuer of the Ticket. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Unauthorized or unlawful reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Tickets is prohibited. Pricing relating to certain Merchant offerings and Products on the site may change at any time in Bandwango and Visit Stockton's discretion, without notice.
Animals:
Only pets that serve as guides, signal or services pets to aid guests with disabilities are permitted on the grounds. Guests bringing in service animals must be respectful of other attendees and take their dog to a designated area, should the animal need to relieve itself.
Bag Check, Inspection and Searches
All guests entering the event will be subjected to a voluntary bag or clothing search. The search is voluntary because the guest can refuse, however, the refusing guest WILL NOT be permitted entry to the event. If contraband is found during a search, the guest will be asked to return it to their vehicle or discard it.
Firearms/Weapons
Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons onto the property. Visit Stockton does not provide weapon lockers. Weapons may not be checked in. Weapons include but are not limited to the following: Firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas and knives.
Guests found in possession of any of these items will be asked to remove the item from the property or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the property and may be subject to arrest.
Food and Beverage, Bottles and Cans
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages onto the property. Containers including bottles, cans, thermos bottles, and plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests.
Guest Conduct
Visit Stockton intends to provide our guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, we have established the following rules regarding guest conduct:
Clothing with offensive language or indecent graphics is prohibited. Offenders may be denied entry
Guests interfering with other Guests ability to enjoy the event will be subject to ejection
Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures toward others may be ejected
Guests abusing alcohol or drugs will be turned over to the custody of the Security Staff, police or medical personnel, and are subject to arrest
Guests interfering with the progress of the event or going into unauthorized areas will be ejected from the event and may be arrested
Guest conduct offensive to other Guests or such that provides an unsafe environment to one’s self or others shall be considered disorderly
Guest who refuse to show or remove their wristband will be ejected
Guests who observe other Guests violating these policies should report the incident to the nearest Staff member, Volunteer, or Security Officer
Lost and Found
Guests who wish to claim or report lost articles during the event, should visit the Visit Stockton booth.
Parking
For the convenience of our patrons, parking is available on-site and is free of charge.
Police/Security
For your safety and convenience, security personnel will be stationed through the venue. If you have an emergency, please notify the nearest Staff member, Volunteer, or security officer immediately.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited on the property:
Bottles or cans
Food coolers
Outside food/beverages
Frisbees and beach balls
Laser pointers
Any noise making devices (i.e. air horns, whistles, drums, etc.)
Fireworks
Illegal drugs and alcohol
Audio/Video recording devices
Weapons and dangerous devices of any kind
Balloons
Selfie Sticks
Camelbaks
E-Cigarettes
Back packs & duffle bags
Large Bags/Purses (Must be 14”x14”x6” or smaller)
Any other items deemed unacceptable by Visit Stockton
All items brought onto the property is subject to inspection. There are no provisions for storing or checking prohibited items at the entrance or on site.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited the event footprint and within 20 feet of the entrance and exit points. A designated smoking area will be available and clearly marked.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared except to the limited extent disclosure may be required under applicable law. During checkout, we may ask you if you would like to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, then you will receive communications according to what you opted into.
Refund Policy
Refunds or exchanges on unredeemed vouchers are on a case to case basis. Please contact customer service via email at support@bandwango.com, phone (888) 921-5333, or text (888) 921-5333. Restrictions apply.
Customer Service Hours: Monday - Sunday, 6 am PT - 6 pm PT.
Refunds: Refunds may be made on certain unredeemed vouchers only. Refund requests on events, attractions, and certain admissions will not be honored.
Extensions: Purchase Activation Extensions may be made in certain circumstances by reaching out to customer service to explain the reason for request and will only be considered on unused passes or items that are still within the activation period timeframe. Extensions will not be made in any event past 365 days of the purchase date. Extension requests on events and certain time sensitive admissions will not be honored.
