  A relatively new all inclusive resort, Hammock Cove opened in Antigua in October 2019, just a few months before travel was halted across the globe. Regardless of that timing, Hammock Cove is a one of a kind retreat, that offers private villas with your own pool, and sundeck, and a Michelin star chef onsite!

  This all inclusive resort has different tier levels for your budget. If you're just looking for food and drink, thats an option, or if you want the works with water sports and activities you can book that as well!

  An all inclusive resort on St. Thomas with a swim up bar and champagne included! Sign me up!

• Jumby Bay Resort, Antigua and Barbuda

  Located on its own small island just off the main island of Antiqua, Jumby Bay Resort has all the traditional all inclusive offerings in addition to new book releases for your beach read! They partner with Random House and HarperCollins so you may get a sneak peak on the next best seller!

  The US Virgin Islands would be a prime spot to escape with an all inclusive stay.

• Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa, Saint Lucia

  All inclusive plus a gorgeous spa. This is the place I want to escape the midwinter blues!

  It's a little on the larger side than what I would prefer, but with the amount of restaurants, beach space, and pools, I think this would still be a great pick and not feel crowded.

  A trip to Turks and Caicos has been on my list for a very long time! While these all inclusive resorts might not be the most budget friendly, they definitely have everything you could ever need.

  Set on its own private beach in Cancun, this Ritz is definitely on my list of all inclusive stays!

• Iberostar Grand Bávaro All inclusive in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

  I've never been to the DR before but this is on my list. My previous experience with Iberostar resorts has been great and I think this one would certainly live up to the expectations!

  It's right on the beach, has beautiful pools, restaurants, and bars, and is close to an 18th century Dutch Fort on the island!
